What areas do you service?
We service all suburbs across the Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and Shoalhaven council areas. This includes Wollongong CBD, Shellharbour, Kiama, Dapto, Fairy Meadow, Thirroul, Albion Park, Port Kembla, Nowra, Corrimal, Helensburgh, Warrawong, Figtree, Bulli, Woonona and many more. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we are fully licensed and insured. We hold Electrician Licence No. 338916C and Carpenter Licence No. 451424C, both issued by NSW Fair Trading. All our work is covered by public liability insurance. You can request our licence details at any time.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No hidden call-out fees. We provide a free, no-obligation quote before any work begins. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
What hours do you work?
We’re available Monday to Saturday, 7am–5pm. We understand that life is busy, so we do our best to schedule jobs at times that suit you.

Electrical Questions
Do I need a licensed electrician for small electrical jobs in NSW?
Yes. In NSW, any electrical work beyond changing a lightbulb must be carried out by a licensed electrician by law. Our electrician holds Licence No. 338916C and is fully compliant with all NSW Fair Trading requirements. Never attempt DIY electrical work — it’s illegal and dangerous.
What electrical services do you offer?
We handle power point installations and repairs, light fitting and downlight installations, ceiling fan installations, switchboard upgrades, safety switch and circuit breaker installation, outdoor lighting, exhaust fans, smoke alarms, and general fault finding. We cover both domestic and light commercial electrical work across the Illawarra.
Carpentry & Building Questions
Do you build decks and pergolas?
Yes — our carpenter (Licence No. 451424C) builds timber and composite decking, pergolas, carports and outdoor structures throughout the Illawarra. We use quality materials and provide a proper build that meets council requirements.
Can you repair or replace doors and windows?
Absolutely. We repair and replace doors and windows, install new locks, fix fly screens, adjust sticking doors, and install draught seals. We service Wollongong, Dapto, Shellharbour and surrounding areas.
Fencing Questions
What types of fencing do you install?
We supply and install timber, Colorbond and pool fencing across Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama. We also repair existing fences, replace palings, fix gates and install new gate hardware.

Do you do ongoing property maintenance?
Yes — we offer ongoing property maintenance packages for landlords, real estate agents and homeowners. Whether you need regular inspections and repairs or just a reliable contractor for your investment property, we can help keep your Illawarra property in top condition year-round.
Can you assemble flat-pack furniture?
Yes. We assemble IKEA and all other flat-pack furniture, mount TVs, install shelving and set up home office setups for homes and businesses across the Wollongong and Illawarra region.
